How the products are made?
IMB Design T-shirts are made through a Print on Demand Service. This means our products are going to be made only after the order is processed on the website. Your order will take a bit longer to arrive, but the whole process is much more sustainable, since there's much less material waste and no need for storage space.

At the moment, we're using Printful.

At the moment, United States, Mexico and Nicaragua.
What are the production times and how long will it take to get my order?
It takes 2-7 business days for Printful to create a product and fulfil an order. The average shipping time is 5 business days, depending on the delivery destination. Fulfilment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days. The average shipping time is 5 business days, depending on the delivery destination. Total delivery time should be between 12-15 business days. However, due to COVID-19 these times may be longer, varying from 25-30 business days depending on the destination.
Printful has fulfilment centres worldwide and most of our products are fulfilled in the USA and Mexico. Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer's address. *** Please note that due to Covid-19, fulfilment times will be longer than usual. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:
- Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
- Get in touch via email@example.com. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll contact our supplier and check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order.
